Refund policy
Changed your mind? No worries. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, you will be liable for return postage though.
We request you return via Royal Mail Tracked only, they are super stars and always take care. I can't say that of other couriers!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in it's original wrapping/box, especially lamps/lampshades, to prevent damage on return.

Once received a full refund of the item will be issued. Please note that P&P will not be refunded on any I've-changed-my-mind items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is damaged. Also send photos of the damage please.
Return the item back to us, any return postage will be refunded.
Once the damaged item is returned and received, a full refund will be given including any return postage, or a replacement will be sent free of charge, whichever you would prefer.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalised items or gift cards.
